Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with UsedCarVet. Here is how refunds work for paid plans. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, and refunds are paid back to the card you used.

Unused checks

If you have not used any checks from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. Email support@usedcarvet.com with the email you paid with and your order number.

Used checks

A report is delivered the moment you run a check, so checks you have already used are not refundable. For a 30-day pass or an annual plan, a refund covers only the checks you have not used, and we may refund the full amount if the service did not work for you (for example, reports repeatedly failed to generate).

If a report fails

If a check fails before a report is produced, the check is returned to you automatically. If you think a report is wrong or unusable, tell us and we will look at it. Reports are opinions based on public data and AI, not guarantees, see what we do and don't do.

When a refund is issued

Refunded purchases stop working: any checks left on them are removed. Refunds usually reach your card within a few business days, depending on your bank.
